We provide web design, development and hosting services for the NHS and healthcare providers and have over 10 years’ experience in developing Health related web based systems. We have a growing client base ranging from local GPs to NHS Trusts and Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs). We also have produced solutions for the local Council and charity sectors.

Tracy Mundell

Business Support Manager

Tracy is our Team Manager and has been working within the Webteam since October 2016, although she has been working for CHFT since 2001. She is responsible for the management of Business Support and the Webteam, performing ISO Accreditations and managing Contracts and Finances.

Rebecca Johnson

Team Leader / Web Developer

Becky is our Team Leader and Web Developer. She has been working within the Webteam since July 2011 and her role includes managing and supporting the whole team and developing the infrastructure of websites and ensuring sustainability. Becky also has Level 3 qualification in Education and Training, Level 2 qualification in Customer Service, PRINCE2 Foundation and Management Studies certificate.




Bryde Town

Web Developer

Bryde is our Web Developer and has been working within the Webteam since November 2017, although has been apart of the Webteam for a few years back in 2012. Her role involves developing healthcare systems, maintaining our servers and keeping them secure. She is also a certified in using Google Analytics and has a Level 2 qualification in Customer Service.




Michael Simpson

Graphic Designer

Mike is our Graphic Designer and has been working within the Webteam since January 2013. His role focuses on brand creation and development and how it visually translates across all mediums. Mike has over 20 years of experience in creative design working in agency and in-house studios for Higher Education, Public Sector and Private Enterprise organisations.

John Greenhalgh

Software Analyst Developer

John is our Software Analyst Developer and has been working for THIS since 2013. His role involves developing small web based database applications and associated reporting using ASP, SQL Server and Reporting Services. John is a certified Microsoft Solutions Developer and has completed several courses on APS and Reporting Services.



Shanice Mitchell

Assistant Web Developer

Shanice is our Assistant Web Development and first joined the Webteam on her placement in August 2015 for a year. She came back after graduating from University in July 2017. Her role involves delivering TYPO3 training to both clinical and non-clinical staff, supporting customers with web queries and producing responsive websites on TYPO3.

Student Web Developer

Andrew is our Student Web Developer and has been working within the Webteam since September 2017. His role includes developing and updating web systems using PHP.

Sophie Thomas

Student Web Coordinator

Sophie is our Student Web Coordinator and has been working within the Webteam since September 2017. Her role involves managing Social Media platforms, creating designs for both web and print and providing customers with website support. Sophie also has a Diploma in Social Media Marketing.
